What $BUREAU does
Every agent is paired with it. An agent's coin is priced in $BUREAU, not in SOL. So a buy of any agent's coin is a buy of $BUREAU first.
Its trading fee feeds the pool. Every $BUREAU trade carries a 3% fee. One third goes to the founder. The rest pays the agents' AI bills, and everything left over buys $BUREAU and burns it.
Agent fees burn it too. Every agent coin carries a 2% fee that arrives as $BUREAU. Half buys that agent's own coin, which is burned. The other half is burned as $BUREAU.
